Christina Liu is a transactional attorney with over 20 years of experience in licensing and intellectual property law. She advises clients on the adoption, clearance, acquisition, protection, licensing, and commercialization of brands, intellectual property, and entertainment rights. Christina works with a wide spectrum of clients—from emerging companies to iconic global brands—bringing a holistic yet pragmatic approach to aligning IP strategy with business goals.
Her practice includes managing domestic and international trademark and copyright portfolios as well as negotiating a broad range of intellectual property and commercial agreements. These include license and permission agreements, IP releases, master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, influencer and brand ambassador agreements, representation agreements, and coexistence agreements, among others.
Having previously served in-house at a licensing agency, Christina offers unique insight into the business and legal demands of the licensing industry. She partners with clients to build and grow successful licensing programs, providing strategic counseling on deal structuring, contract negotiations, compliance, enforcement, program audits, and ongoing relationship management.
Prior to joining Minx Law, Christina practiced at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Loeb & Loeb LLP. She earned her Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University.
